Terms of service.
Thank you for choosing Atmosfera Studio. Here are our Terms & Conditions of purchasing through us, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to info@atmosfera-studio.com.
Once your quote is approved and 50% deposit is received, you have agreed to the below terms & conditions and agreed to paying the balance of your order
The Terms & Conditions are governed by New South Wales Jurisdiction
PAYMENT
1. We require a minimum of 50% deposit to accept & process your order. Without such payment, manufacturing of goods can not begin.
2. All deposits are non refundable.
3. All Amex payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
4. Entire Balance must be paid prior to delivery, should balance not be received, delivery will not take place. Note - Communication will be made prior to delivery, with the updated invoice being sent over.
5. If you are unable to accept delivery within 14 days, a storage fee of $500 will be payable. Weekly invoices will be sent for storage fees.
6. All prices are inclusive of GST
DELIVERY
1.Delivery date will be confirmed by way of phone call and email. If delivery can not be taken on a prearranged date, storage fees will apply.
2. All prices include shipping and delivery.
3. Purchaser is responsible for access/delivery to property. If the item does not fit into space, the item can not be returned. Exact measurements will be provided in the quote and documents prior
4. Non standard delivery and costs associated such as crane access are the purchaser's responsibility. We should be made aware prior to delivery so that arrangements can be made
INSPECTION
1. You are required to inspect your products upon delivery and any notes about condition or damage need to be passed on to the carrier.
2. Buyer has up to 7 calendar days post delivery to report defects or damages to seller. Seller is not responsible for damage or defects beyond that. Seller should be informed via email to info@atmosfera-studio.com
REFUNDS & RETURNS
1.Unless goods are faulty and we are notified per inspection policy, we are unable to refund. If goods are damaged we will work to replace in timely manner and if it can’t be replaced we will refund.
GENERAL
1. Seller will work to send the goods by the estimated delivery date but can not guarantee the exact date. Updates will be provided by the seller as delivery date is approached. Seller will not be liable for delay of the furniture
2. Given the materials supplier is working with, we cannot guarantee colour matching but will do our best to match to specifications. Seller will work closely with buyer during the process to inform about the materials
